Employee Advisory Board- Nationwide (Five Openings)

EAB is a unique opportunity for 5 employees regardless of rank or position to be directly involved with policy, procedure and operations within our company.
Acting essentially as "Team Captains" you will be voting on budget changes, marketing strategies, employee hiring and many other crucial aspects of our business and you will work directly with ownership and managers to help make sure our company is employee driven.
EAB positions will last for 12 months and if selected to the board you will receive a $200/mo bonus.
After the initial EAB is selected, subsequent positions will be voted on by your peers.

Director of DC Recruiting- Nationwide

Recruit DCs and work directly with the Director of DC Operations
Develop a Preceptorship program for all clinics and work to consistently maintain a stream of interns for clinics to utilize.
This position is in addition to the current position you serve and will include additional pay in the form of bonuses paid when a new DC is hired, intern scheduled or quality leads produced. Pay will be negotiated when you are appointed to this position.
